Solution focused brief therapy can be of benefit where there is a specific issue in your present life that you wish to address.

The therapy promotes positive change by helping you see the issue clearly, identifying positively what you do well in order to set realistic goals which you then work towards.

This therapy is not appropriate for all issues, however where indicated as little as 3 to 4 sessions may be of benefit.
