all experience anger: We have all felt it; whether a fleeting
irritation or full blown rage. A powerful seductive emotion, anger can
make us feels as if we are the victim of some unpredictable tyrannical
force that when out of our control, can overwhelm us and may destroy our
relationships, reputations and opportunities in life.
The ability to manage our anger is a sophisticated
life skill. We are not born with this skill. We have to learn it, just
as we learnt to ride a bike or use a telephone.
